Love Them
Very unpleasant. My 73 yr old grandmothers money was somehow hacked off her card. Shes banked there for yrs. But since her healths become poorly and my grandfather passed away a few yrs back we had to move her up to knoxville. This bank wants her to make a 2 day trip to sign a paper knowing her dr request that she cant make this trip due to her poor health. Every bill she has is over due now and this bank is overdrafting transaction they know she didnt make. Horrible situation. Shes crying every night.
