On the rate con from my broker it stated that this facility is very strict on appointment time and is hard to reschedule if missed. The strict time rule only goes one way though. Checked in 30 minutes early for my 8am appointment, when called to go through the gate it looks like everyone else must have also got a 8am appointment as they herded us all in at the same time. Now almost 3 hours later, trailer is empty I'm being told to wait in my truck and wait for a call when the paperwork will be signed. Avoid this shipper, very strict guidelines yet no respect for drivers time.
