Chicken was not hot.
Food is ok, sometimes; however some of the employees could use training in customer service. I do not post a rating until after visiting at least 3 times so that I have a general idea of the service and food quality and not just a 1 time bad or good experience. I have visited this establishment over 10 times in around 7-8 months and it never changes! The employees sometime act as if we are bothering them by placing an order or having a coupon for the purchase. I have even had my coupon from the local ad refused!!! Go figure! Maybe the customers should get paid to frequent this restaurant since it's an inconvenience for the employees to serve them.
