I went into the Popeyes in Indianola, Mississippi today about 11:40am. Just one other customer and myself the only people besides the employees there. The other customer was being waited on when I came in. I was there almost 10 minutes. It was as if I never there. No employee recognized me by speaking or anything. With most of my 30 minute lunch break gone I walked out the door. Still never recognized. I drove down the road to Church's and was greeted when I walked in the door with a friendly smile and a "May I help you". Made my order and she fixed my order. I was out of my vehicle and back in it in less than 5 minutes with a hot delicious meal.
Their fried chicken was so crispy and delicious! I loved it! It was a busy time when I went. I did see two of the employees not wearing gloves and working with food which really grossed me out, but everything was pretty clean and the food was so great. The employees were very busy, but still nice. Once again- get the fried chicken!
Maybe y'all should take classes from them.
They have the best chicken tenders and red beans and rice and sauces
Close this one down and open one in Greenwood.
